We discovered this matcha during our last trip to Japan, after more than 50 tastings in search of a truly special profile. It stood out from the very first moment for its elegance, smoothness, and balance.

It comes from Uji (Kyoto), a ceremonial-grade matcha made from a single cultivar: Okumidori, prized for producing silky matcha with natural sweetness and very low astringency. Slowly stone-ground in traditional mills, it offers a creamy texture and fine foam.
