Bamboo Spoon (Chashaku)

Our Chashaku is handmade from 100% bamboo and is used in the traditional Japanese tea ceremony to portion matcha.

Our bamboo spoon is approximately equivalent to 1 gram of matcha.

So for a normal serving of one gram: you will need one bamboo spoon.

To clean it, we recommend doing so with a clean, dry cloth after each use.
